The Hayward Natural Gas to Propane Conversion Kit (IDXCNK1933) Replaces specific components in your Hayward H-Series ABG/H100 pool heater to burn propane instead of natural gas. 

• Orifice(s):

  • The orifice controls the flow of gas into the burner. Since propane burns at a different pressure than natural gas, a new orifice adjusts the gas flow properly.

• Regulator Spring or Gas Valve Adjustments:

  • Propane operates at a higher pressure than natural gas. The kit may include a regulator spring to modify the gas valve to handle propane safely.
