Description
Restore a leak-free connection at the heater. The 006723F kit replaces aged unions on Raypak A-series and select legacy models with a self-sealing design that doesn’t require tape or dope at the union face. Swap both sides together and lubricate the O-rings for best results.
Pro Tip
Apply a thin film of silicone O-ring lubricant during assembly to protect the seal and ease future disassembly.

Installation Tips
Verify heater model compatibility (A-series and listed legacy units). Hand-tighten the union nut to seat the O-ring; avoid over-torque. Use thread sealant only where threads are present on plumbing—not on the union face.
