Description
The MultiCyclone 16 Pre-Filter from Waterco/Pentair simplifies your pool filtration system while increasing efficiency. Installed upstream of your main filter, it uses centrifugal hydro-cyclone technology to separate heavier sediments and debris before they reach the filter. There are no cartridges or media to replace and no moving components to wear out—just reliable performance and easy upkeep. The visible collection chamber makes it simple to know when purging is needed and the standard 2″ quick unions allow a clean retrofit in both new and existing systems. The result: less frequent maintenance, lower water use, and longer filter life.

Install the MultiCyclone 16 directly after your pump, ahead of your sand or cartridge filter, and pair it with a multi-port or check-valve for easier seasonal service. Combine with a leaf trap if your pool collects heavy debris.
