The Hayward IDXLCPA1930 Control Bezel Assembly is part of the Hayward H-Series Low NOx Induced Draft Heaters. It serves as the user interface, allowing you to control and monitor the heater’s functions, such as temperature adjustments and system diagnostics.
- Powering On & Initialization:
- When the heater is turned on, the control bezel assembly powers up and runs a diagnostic check to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
- The display lights up, showing key information such as the current water temperature and operational status.
- Temperature Control & Adjustments:
- The user can increase or decrease the temperature setting using the keypad.
- The control bezel sends this data to the main circuit board of the heater, which adjusts the burner and gas valve accordingly to heat the water to the desired temperature.
- System Monitoring & Diagnostics:
- The control panel monitors critical heater functions, water flow, gas ignition, and pressure levels.
- If there’s an issue, such as low water pressure or a failure to ignite the burner, the control panel will display an error code to help diagnose the problem.
- Error Alerts & Troubleshooting:
